A&M CapRE™ generally seeks real estate investment and asset management opportunities with the following characteristics:
▲ Underperforming assets and portfolios of assets where A&M CapRE™ can drive value creation through focused asset management, asset repositioning and / or operating improvements;
▲ Joint ventures with lenders and borrowers in need of creative restructuring plans, turnaround asset management solutions, and / or “good news” capital to fund asset-level working capital requirements;
▲ Participation in distressed situations (including hard assets and secured loans) that require liquidity, restructuring and turnaround experience, and / or real estate development, operations or asset management expertise.
Based on A&M CapRE™’s assessment of individual market conditions, A&M CapRE™ will consider Core Plus, Value Add and Opportunistic investments across a wide array of property types, including income-producing properties, such as office, industrial, retail, and multi-family; large-scale residential and commercial developments; and hospitality and resort properties.
A&M CapRE™ considers various investment opportunities in a number of target markets throughout the United States.
